Basic Overview:
The Cylaurians were the first ever race to meet humanity, and were the first members along with humanity to join the newly joint created Union of Worlds. Quite tied to the Unions history the Cylaurians have contributed much and using their insanely fast reaction times, reflexes and mental dexterity they have helped the Union considerably over the years. While fragile in frame the Cylaurians still carry out tasks that other races would and do not complain about such issues, highly prideful (much like humanity) Cylaurians are tripedal, between 7-8ft tall and are very thin and skinny. With a long trunk like mouth and four small hawk like eyes their grey skin can be quite discomforting but is a common sight in the Union.

Extra abilities:

Cylaurians have no extra abilities to speak of beyond their natural adaptions.

Extreme Biological adaptations:

Cylaurians are incredibly perceptive, able to process and react to far more sensory and data input that humans or any other race in the Union apart from Skia. As such they make excellent pilots and other reactionary based workers. They are also excellent at science, but the payoff is that their bones and frame is very thin and easily breakable, having evolved on a low gravity world. As such Cylaurians are fragile and stay away from heavy based actions.

Extra Organs:

Cylaurians do have several different organs to humans. They have a sensory whisker set on their snout to help them in perceiving their surroundings and as shown have a three leg set up rather than two allowing them to run much faster. Cylaurians also have four eyes rather than the standard two and a heavily webbed frame to help moving through water. Other than that they do have an enlarged brain compared to humans and much smaller and more efficient organs compared to other species.

Behaviour:

Cylaurians are quite a proud race, and are quite talkative and vocal. Eager to interact with others they will happily explore and meet new people, and are all too eager to speak about their individual or racial exploits as a part of the Union. They can be quite overbearing at some points and sometimes can talk almost too fast to understand but their minds tend to work much faster than other species and many often ask them to slow down.
