This is my depiction of James Butler Haycock, a.k.a. Wild Bill Hickok. The cards he's holding is known as a "dead man's hand." According to Western legend, those were the cards he was holding in a poker game, when he was shot dead. I guess that's how the "dead man's hand" got its name!
