Anne had always wanted to be a superheroine, she thrilled to the adventures of the heroines growing up. However, she lacked the all important meta gene and instead kept herself occupied investigating the various petty crimes of her neighborhood.

In high school she found her costume. Sure it was her cheerleader outfit, but it was kind of a costume of a sort, and she always felt a thrill when she snuck around gathering information on a teachers drug abuse, or on students blackmailing other students.

So of course she went to ECU, where else would she go. She promptly joined the school newspaper and the cheerleader team and best of all in her roommate Sarah, she found a partner.

Sarah, like Anne, adored superheroines but found that she could only contribute in small ways, sneaking around, keeping a journal she had helped out her small towns local superhero duo, the Incredible Mort and Leigh, bust up attempts to bring in the drug trade.

For both though, it was impossible not to notice that they shared the campus with some dead ringers of their favorite superheroines. The consistently cheerful and bursting with pep blonde and her closest friends, the striking blonde and the surly looking small chested girl had to be Liberty, Lightning and Starling.

But the most obvious was the tall, buxom, blue haired TA that wore clothing that was far too revealing and was probably the reason for the uneven ratio of men to women in their Biology class.

But she had disappeared, and so had several other students. Bam just like that, one day there, the next gone.

So the pair had done what they do best, they went investigating, and the most obvious place was the frat with the shady reputation.

They should not have tried the direct approach, because that is how they found themselves tied up in a basement currently...
