Wanted to try something a little different c: With... HoomansThis was inspired/a little referenced from some pictures my dad took in Ventspils last year. The soviet aesthetic was so strong there ;-;
Anyway, I tried to make it more 'dramatic' in an attempt to get more emotionally attached to my art again. xD
Took between 40 mintues and 1,5 hour in Sai I'd say, I'm bad at estimating time .__.

that are in the area.

and even late at night, there was hardly anyone around in the area

Serious?? I live in Illinois in the US where they put cameras in abandoned buildings just to keep people from having fun XD
I've got a few friends who would go absolutely nuts over an opportunity like that.

Honestly I want to say it's because the people who don't have the ambition to have that kind of fun are in power. It doesn't seem like there is a reason; they obviously don't care about people's safety considering murder rates around here ;/
Other than that I can't think of another reason other than just to exercise authority.
