Its name is "Tiger & Bunny" best anime of season, all seasons lol.
No but seriously, it's a really amazing show, and despite its appearance and the setting, it's not a shounen action anime. It's almost a Super hero slice of life And the relationship between these two is really beautiful <3
You can give it a try, it will not disappoint you

I cant give full out Critique because Im not that awesome XD But I can give you a tip, The brown haired males cat ear is out of place, under it is a gap, where it should be conntested to his head, but other than that I find its a wonderful picture!!
