Made a few last minute changes but now im thinking. What if I remove the victim altogether.Grim Reaper alone's quite badass.

A Man is being baptised by the grim reaper, he's sould is being sucked into the depths of hell and darkness is engulfing him.
In simpler words, he's being killed.

Ah, well done. I like the contrasts in your picture. And that the bottom of the Reaper fusion with the dark is looks great.
I wouldn't remove the victim. It would look a bit odd when the reaper hold his hand out without any reason.
