Description
my sister came back home from her collegeand we wanted to do our little
"drawing contest" which is not really a contest
we decided to draw a comic in 30 minutes
and I really wanted to draw puppet kai in my comic
I was going to put a lot of action into it
but until I get hang of drawing comics, I don't think
I should do that, otherwise it will look weird
and it'll just look funny
so the story..it's partial comic, again
because I'm really not ready for drawing the whole story yet, I'm still developing and is nervous about it
but I'm sort of introducing one of tricks puppet Kai can do
which is, other than eating human soul
after he finishes his soul meal he can drain up the
skin, hair, etc (depends on what it wants) and still have his little puppet abilities
most for skin .....for cushion, protection from being broken like wood, from swallowing when they get wet
and many other reasons
I'm thinking of reducing criss-cross shades
'cause I may be putting too much everywhere
I'm satisfied with this so far, seeing how I did on the
angle drawings, although they might not be accurate
hope to make better comics

i can see the naruto in this, kinda. like the creepy lick thing.... they do that a lot, ninjas do.
i could barely read the writing, but i managed.
i like this comic. your style could make any story interesting, i bet, and the ones you come up with aren't too shabby.

the shading is realy good. it gives the chars a unique 3-d look

haha. This is absolutely great; I like your neat line shading technique. The gooey texture covering up the Puppet Kai looks awesome, it almost looks edible. But it probably isn't.
I noticed that you used a lot of different effects used in comics or mangas, especially the blurry lines when the Puppet got punched on. My favorite panel is probably the fourth; it has a great representation of showing slow and possibly horrifying transformation process.

awsome i could never do soming that becuse im not that good at all.Hell I berly get by on just drawing and i have yet to upload a good pic of Dustfinger.and just to clear some stuff his a ghost that has been living in my home sence 1999 when i started keendegarden =_= ether that or he is a image brot up by mind its hard to tell in these days of my life [i cant spell so....yay....]

wow, you managed to do what I have the most trouble with, and that's arranging the panels so that they are easy to read.
The first few panels were a little hard to decipher until I read your description. I don't know if you shrunk it at all when you scanned it in, but if you didn't and this is an accurate size, I suggest drawing the entire thing a little bit bigger. This allows you to put in all the little detail and doesn't make the criss-cross look so... punch in your face. The lines of them will be thinner and look cleaner.
I do understand you did this in only 30 minutes, which is completely awesome. Good work. Can't wait to see more!

Yes, but professional comic book paper is pretty big anyways. Just check out your local art store, they should have the type of paper you like but huge.
But still for 45 it is still good. Good job! It takes me like, two hours or somewad time to do even one page of comic. haha.
