REEEALLY sorry about such a long wait ^^'
i was just in an artist's block stage and i didn't want the pic to be ugly, so i waited untl a point when i felt up to doing it ^^'

i have to say, it turned out pretty good :3
I like the way Pikachu's eyes turned out, and the shading was good too :3

and this is the first awesome background i've had in a while.

........ i feel so conceited right about now XD........
