Mewka, and my friend =Pikachu20 's Mew OC Germain ^^You wouldn't believe how much fun I had with those paint splatters XD;
All in all, I'm really proud of this c': It definitely took a while, but I'm happy with the outcome. Tell me what you guys think! I wanna know how my background skills are >w>;
