Description
A "Chroma-Splash Character Portrait" commission for =vieveila of her character Neon!I used to be a little uneasy about offering these "Chroma-Splash Character Portraits" for commissions since those color splats I used to add in my art often were pretty distracting, least I thought so, until I worked on this image! I experimented and it ended up looking better than other previous "Splash" works I've done!
I don't know if you folks feel the same, if those color splats are still a bother, but critiques are always appreciated!
