I prefer to play canon chapters but i will sugest this sheet to friendship who want to invent one.

Nice! Definitely looks more official than mine, though I would hardly take credit for the idea of a chapter chart. All I really did was take the basic layout from the chapter summary charts used on Lexicanum and rework it with generalized info fields and make it easy to edit in paint and print.

Well, if you google "40k astartes chapter sheet" or "Space Marine blank data" and stuff like that, (DYO Astartes chapter, DIY Astartes,....) then guess what pops up? Right. Yours.
So you have to get all the credit you deserve.
