Description
I was very reluctant to put a fur coat on a dragon. However, I really wanted the idea of a reptile living in below freezing temperatures, he will need some kind of insulaton. So, similar to the feathers of an ostrich, the ultra-fine feathers of this beast are so dense in number, they completely cover most of the body and tail.

This "fur" coat of feathers is always white, despite whatever color (anything from black and grey to dark or bright blue, purple, or white) the skin is. The skin is also incredibly thick and keeps these warm-blooded creatures temperature at a normal level. They also have a layer of fat that keeps the animal nourished for several weeks at a time.

These animals are tanks; nearly impenatrable to any threat. They are also bouyant swimmers, but usually stay firmly planted on the ground because the high winds and blizzards of their homeland are a constant threat.

Despite their value as war-animals, they are very gentle and usually non-aggressive. It takes much more to upset them to the point of viciousness than any other dragon type.

One last interesting thing is their horns, which are strong as diamonds and can crumble rocks. They are partially transparent and look like huge, rigid icicles.
