Because I'm sick and fucking tired of being bitched at for reporting art theft on here. If it's fucking stolen, I'm going to reporting your thieving ass like the piece of shit you are. I don't care if you state in your description that it's not your work and that you found it somewhere else. TAKING SOMEONE ELSE'S WORK AND POSTING IT IN YOUR OWN GALLERY IS STEALING, no matter what the circumstance. And if I could do more like, I don't know, get your ass fined or thrown in jail, I would. Then you don't know how fair use works. If I were to take one of your works of art and critique it for a Youtube video that would be fair use and I don't need your permission what-so-ever. On the other hand, you taking screenshots of games and putting them on deviantart IS NOT fair use and you are infringing on someone's copyright.

I do the same, I find recolored pictures and stolen works all the time, and people get mad at me for reporting it because it's stolen. One time I even came across one that was recolored,and the person left a part uncolored.
