This looks pretty much like the picture in the game. Good vector work. Now maybe it's just the crappy standard-definition TV I'm using, but his eyes look a little off. the right one (his right) looks crooked, and I don't know if they're supposed to be elipses. everyone else's pupils are more or less round.
