its actually quite easy... get to the ladder up before the templar, so there is good lighting. Run into them to position them where you want. its best if you make them face a wall, while you stand behined them. Moving Altair to and away from them adds the zoom. and voila! i hope that made sence.

I noticed the whole discussion of "Al Sayr/ Al Sayf" being a last name on this page and Kadar's screenshot. I can tell you it isn't though (with some thanks from Arabic pals of mine).
During this period in time, surnames weren't even invented yet, so Arabic people were usually called by whom their father's were (Ibn: son of, Bint: daughter of), or by a nickname indicating a quality or personal trait, starting with "Al" (Arabic for "the"), like Al-Aziz (the one to be cherished), Al Hakim (the wise) etc.
These nicknames were completely unique to an individual, so Kadar probably doesn't share the name with Malik.

yes, i know what his name means, it's just that the game spells it Al sayf, while the walkthrough and many people on the internet spell it Al-sayr. so i just put both. its all so confusing.
