This was a work in progress for my new site layout, but I didn't like the direction it was headed in, so I nixed it. Sharing it with you up here instead (:EDIT: WHOA, A DD?!! I'm speechless!! Thank you SO much `suzaku009 for the suggestion and ^kangel for the feature, and thank you everyone for the comments and favs! This is a HUGE honor! I'm so shocked and flattered right now...
Also, a lot of you have been asking about the technical progress of this image. It was all completely drawn and animated in Photoshop CS4.

I don't know if you haven't made this into a wallpaper or not...but it needs to be! This is so beautiful as an illustration, and lovely to have to see again and again. Awesome work!

I haven't made it a wallpaper due to the awkward file size (I never imagined this would ever get noticed) but that is a good idea!

what version of photoshop, cause i spent like 5 weeks in cs5 learning to use the key frames in th animation palette.

I use PSCS4. Hm, I know they're just called "frames" and they're nothing like keyframes in Flash. I like the traditional frame by frame animation process (:
