- Wisps are most commonly known to reside on Planet Wisp with the Mother Wisp, but some have gone to worlds such as Anodyne or Vegeta due to their peaceful nature.
- Planet Wisp is in the same system as Vegeta.
- The Wisps and Planet Wisp were created by the Mother Wisp, a motherly and god-like entity that cares for the wisps and helps the Deoxys defend her home planet, and is worshiped by the Tuffle.

- The Black Arms have been known as the only race to be feared by the Incurseans.
- The Black Arms once attempted to invade Planet Wisp, but were stopped by the Deoxys and a few Saiyans.
- The only being that the Black Arms fear is Vilgax, as he once destroyed a few of their Black Comets just because they badmouthed him to his face.

- One time, the Black Arms stole technology from the Seedrians. The resources allowed them to create the Black Comets. It also allowed some of its members to access forms similar to the male Seedrian's Mover Mode. Unfortunately for them, a the Arlyonians experienced the same effects that the male Seedrians did. Many Arlyonians went berserk, breaking their hive-mind connecting with Black Doom. This lead to the destruction of most of the planet, but before Black Doom and his scientists could do anything, the being known as Argus had appeared. Black Doom and several others managed to escape, but the other 25% of the destroyed planet’s former population were caught in Argus' grasp. In the process of banishing them, their planet was destroyed. This was a major setback for Black Doom’s enhancement of his army and it took him a long time to recover from it.
- The Arlyonians that were caught by Argus were sent to a far side of the Twilight Cage. After gaining control of their forms, they all were confused and lost. They didn't mean to sever their connection to Black Doom, but this did give them a lot of time to think. Independence was a new concept to them.
