A redraw of: Ben 10 Fan Alien: Impulse

Looking back at my first design of Impulse, I will admit that it isn't one of my proudest designs as I feel like it looks like a merely rushed recolor of Cinderace with a poor imitation of Deku's clothes. So, I decided to try and redesign the regretful design I had, and I honestly really like my new redesign as it looks like a better blend of Deku and Cinderace, and I hope that you all like Impulse's new design too.

Trivia:
- Impulse's abilities and appearance were based on Izuku Midoriya from My Hero Academia and Cinderace from Pokémon.
- Impulse has an ability to create a bio-energy ball and kick it like a soccer ball.
- The Pawāusagi are some of the galaxy's greatest fighters. Their fighting skills rival that of species such as the Hi Sasori and the Bosepanter.
- While the Pawāusagi are not as fast as the Kinecelerans that they share their home planet with, they are known to be much more powerful. In fact, they share their Kineceleran neighbors' hyperactivity and love for sports. There are even fighting tournaments on Kinet that satisfy the Pawāusagis' love of sports while making their matches against Kinecelerans fair, though Pawāusagis have a better winning streak against the Kinecelerans in combat. On the race track however, the fastest Pawāusagi is as fast as the average Citrakayah.
- The Pawāusagi are known to be great detectives and strategists through their accelerated thinking and brain activity. But they are no Cerebrocrustacean or Galvan.
- Some Pawāusagi compete in various intergalactic fighting arenas and go up against many other aliens such as Tetramands, Vaxasaurians, Appoplexians, Paroxytes, Hi Sasori, and Bosepanters. The matches involving a Pawāusagi, a Hi Sasori, or a Bosepanter are always the most exciting.
- There is a certain class of an academy known as U.A. High School known as Class 1-A. They are training to be the next generation of heroes and they are mentored by a Metahuman armed with a Thep Khufan scarf known as Shouta Aizawa/Eraserhead. The class consists of:
- Izuku Midoriya: a Metahuman(formerly human) inspired by heroes such as Ultraprime/Superman, Ben 10, and especially All Might. He secretly wields the Metagene, One For All.
- Ochako Uraraka: a Metahuman with an anti-gravity Metagene known as Zero-Gravity.
- Katsuki Bakugou: an angry loudmouth with a Metagene known as Explosion similar to a Nitroglyceron.
- Tenya Iida: a by-the-book and disciplined young man with a Metagene known as Engine, which has given him powerful engines in his calves that grant him incredibly enhanced speed.
- Shoto Todoroki: a cold yet compassionate hero-in-training with a Metagene known as Half-Cold Half-Hot, granting him abilities similar to a Thermokami.
- Eijiro Kirishima: a manly student known for his willpower as hard as his skin. His Metagene, Hardening, grants him abilities similar to a Barlowgator.
- Denki Kaminari: a cool and laidback kid with an electric Metagene known as Electrification.
- Kyoka Jiro: a pragmatic and snarky young girl who recently gained a reputation for her musical talents. Her Metagene is known as Earphone Jack.
- Fumikage Tokoyami: a disciplined young man with a Metagene known as Dark Shadow, which has given him a symbiotic relationship with a Klyntar-like shadow known as Dark Shadow.

- Momo Yaoyorozu: a very intelligent and studious young girl with a Metagene known as Creation.
- Mina Ashido: an energetic Metahuman/Kraaho hybrid with a Metagene called Acid.
- Mezo Shoji: a mature yet friendly Shojiphin
- Tsuyu Asui: an Incursean/Metahuman known for her levelheadedness and her Metagene, Frog.
- Yuga Aoyama: a rather vain young man with a Metagene known as Naval Laser.

- Toru Hagakure: a cheerful and friendly girl with the Metagene Invisibility.
- Hanta Sero: a noticeably friendly yound hero-in-training with a Metagene known as Tape.
- Mashirao Ojiro: a martial artist with a Metagene called Tail, giving him a tail.
- Koji Koda: a timid young man with a Metagene called Anivoice.
- Rikido Sato: a hero-in-training with noteable baking skills and the Metagene known as Sugar Rush.
- Minoru Mineta: an infamously perverted student with a Metagene known as Pop Off.
- Some members of Class 1-A have faced a few ambushes from a group of villains(said to be working for the infamous All For One) and preserved until someone such as All Might, Ultraprime, or Ben 10 to show up and fight the villains for them before they could cause anymore damage.
- Izuku, Ochako, Tsuyu, and Eijiro joined their teacher Aizawa and several other Pro-Heroes, SECT, and even heroes such as Ben Tennyson, Batman, Captain America, and the Flash in an event known as the Shie Hassaikai Raid in order to seize the Shie Hassaikai Compound and take down the entire gang led by a mob boss by the alias Overhaul(a Metahuman with the ability to disassemble and then reassemble matter with his bare hands) and arrest them all, as well as rescue a Metahuman named Eri(whose Metagene not only gave her a horn, but allowed her to reverse a living being's body back to any previous state) from Overhaul.
- While the raid of the Shie Hassaikai Compound and the rescuing of Eri was successful, it resulted in the death of Pro-Hero Mirai Sasaki/Sir Nighteye.
- Eri was to be kept in U.A. for her own safety and was tended to by students Izuku Midoriya and Mirio Togata(Metahuman with intangibility Metagene), who successfully helped her get over her trauma and even helped Aizawa train her to control her Metahuman powers.
