I know only literally like two or three people recognize his name, and actually knows who he is (y'all are now S H 0 0 k )

In all seriousness, I've been wanting to draw him, so here he is
Just a late night doodle
And I BARELY colored him, but I felt I needed color to get a better picture of him in my head

Note-
-his species has usually only the frill like ears, but being a higher rank, he has additions to his physical appearance, to his advantage
-he did have a time working alongside Abdeil (yes his outfit does resemble, Abdeil's, that being cause they were the same "team" (not really, but somewhat)
-his species is known to have a lot of hair; literally layers of thick hair, which give them a bigger or, poofy appearance, while the different colored tips serve a bigger purpose than just looking odd
-lower ranks are mute, and it is rare for one of his kind to have a voice while he was given the gift of ever shifting vocals, allowing him to imitate any sound or voice; that was simply chance though
