Huzzah. Just felt like drawing my Neopets again...
The reason it's so munted-looking is cos it's going on Jarhaiya's Pet Page (Under construction) which has a black background, and so it doesn't really matter. 
Mink_Pudding's next, but she gets a new ref. and a life story all of her own

Basically the same praise I gave the char ref for this, except that these sorts of characters look better outside of char. ref sheets (no surprise, char. refs are like nerdy scientific research type things. That sort of thing has only looked cool in Metroid Prime).
