I'm backstage getting ready
My time is about to come
I put on my makeup
Get my outfit prepared and I do my hair
The crowd is out their being as quiet as usual.
Models come and go, but this is my time to show
That this show is really mine.

My time is up, I'm ready to go.

I hide behind the red silk curtains waiting for my time
She comes back, and as Im leaving the curtains and walking down that runway Im thinking

"With these high heels on, and my eyes a glamour, Im going to show them this runway was built for me, and me only."

Wearing my bright peacock blue outfit, with feathers to match. I walk down that runway listening to the music blaring in the background, the cameras clicking, and the rewinding of film as people rush to get more pictures of me, and as Im leaving the runway, I turn around and blow them a kiss, knowing they all came for me.

At the end of the show, I find myself walking to the end of the runway where everone stares at me, and someone presents me with my tiara and bouqet of red roses, which I earned this year.

I head backstage, and take my wig off, wipe the makeup down, take out my breasts, change back into the former male I once was, and head down the runway to watch everyone leave, them not knowing I was the winner, I sat and watched the lights go off one by one.

I leave knowing I have work the next day.
