No I'm not sellling this one. This blanket is single crocheted. I graphed the picture out and started from there.

how do you do the color changes? like do you carry the yarn, or do you cut the color every time? i'd love to make one, but i'm not great at making clean color changes

For this blanket i cut the colors when i changed each color. But i recently learned how to carry the colors across. I rather carry them across

this blanket took me close to 3 months but not because it was hard but because I was in college and had medical practice. its allΒ in what you are motivated to make likeΒ I am working on a new blanket and its bigger than this one and more detail but I love challenging myself. So it is all up to you.

Currently im working on another anime blanket. But its still in the counting stage. I was going to sell them but work has gotten in the way when i have some free time.ill see if i open blanket commissions.

This is amazing! How do you decide on which colors to use?? I'm only used to black and white, but I would love to do an anime (Junjou Romantica) in color... Would you have any tips?

On colors I guess my tips are the closer to the color yarn to character the better and references. I tend to go to the Wikipedia of the show and goggle images.
I started by looking up reference pictures on this blanket I was a bit worried since gon (the character with the black hair) skin color was a bit darker. Anime characters are a hard to pin point a skin color because of the shadowing so I tried to match the color as close as possible. which was aran its darker than soft white and lighter than a light brown.
for killua (the character with the white hair) i had to be careful i used soft white for skin and it blends with the white i used for the eyes. but that can be avoided with you count correctly.
TT.TT trust me I made lots of mistakes in Gon's hair because I could not see my stitches.
you want to do a Junjou Romantica blanket.
forΒ usagi the yarn I think soft whiteΒ would work because
white is to light and aran is to dark. aran I think would suit misaki. but that's what I think
and depending on which couple you want to make.
