Why?

What are you waiting? An answer.

The answer to a question I don't quite know. Something is troubling my mind, my sleep, my soul. Lost, atop a cloud I stand, ready to fall, or rise.

Will I stand up after falling, hitting the bottom? Or will reach for the stars, walking across the wonders that bear the heavens of the being?

Empty, happy, sad. I oscillate. Constant changes. What does this means. Instability.

Every time I breathe, the wound opens up a bit more, my chest screaming for deliverance.

The words I choose not to say, because I don't feel safe. I drown my feelings deep inside me. But they surface not long after.

It burns. It does. My pain. But I bear it. Bear it, trying not to complain. The answer; Will the pain be worth it? Or will it be in vain.

Crushed dreams, crushed by myself, to give place to new ones. But another hand crushed those as well. Left here, without a future.

But it's all uncertain, and it's The Doubt, that major creature of sorrow and forgotten memories. Kill the beast. But you're the beast.
