My finished Attack on Titan/Pacific Rim crossover
So let me start by saying this was so much fun to draw. I'd never actually done a crossover before, but this just had to happen.
The basic inspiration for this was the fact that Eren's last name is Jaegar. I had the idea of Eren & Mikasa as the pilots in place of Raleigh and Mako. I tried to capture the helmet lighting, not sure if I pulled it off or not. The jaeger itself is based off several things. I used Gipsy Danger as a sort of go-to reference for the body, but then I kind of went off on my own. It's got the maneuver gear, blades, and also the Survey Corps insignia on the shoulders. And I used red because I wanted to put a hint of the colossal titan into the jaegar. It goes along with the "To fight monsters, we created monsters of our own" aspect of Pacific Rim. Then in the background there's the wall (which can either be the Pacific Wall or the SnK walls.) And I apologize for the lackluster background. I hate backgrounds...
