This is my Dori from Utawarerumono cosplay worn at Anime Expo 07 and Comic Con 07I did not take this photo but the costume is done by me, with LOTS of help from my Grandma X3

Very cool costume! I've only attended Dragoncon. My costume would be too uncomfortable to wear more than once a year, LoL.

I wish mine felt like normal clothes. After a weekend of it, I feel like I've been run over by a truck :/
Not to mention trying to get all the metallic paint out of my skin for the next several days. But it's still a blast and as long as there are Cons to go to, I will continue to torture myself

I've never warn armor for a cosplay before. But I would like to sometime.

Yeah sort of. The last Dc, I wore mine for over sixteen hours. Did the parade and climbed twelve flights to get to our room several times (the elevator wait was really long).
By the end of the night, I had a broken wing, arm, hand and leg (all costume of course 
Funny I should have been miserable but I had the time of my life!
I'm definitely designing next year's costume to be more comfortable, though
