i think this one is a great image. the color really sets the tone but i feel that the "freshness" at the bottom really distracts from the natural beauty of this shot. if you insist on keeping it in though i have to suggest using a different font and if you're going to do a drop shadow on it i'd do it the same direction as the shadow in the image.

you know what, you got to do another with a syringe instead of a knife, to mean either freshness being drained or freshness being inserted.

I dont think the font needs the 'Bevel and Emboss' effect, if you have used that. Just the drop shadow works ok. It's just the white in that, which doesnt really go.
Same goes with the logo on the knife - the colour doesnt blend in enough.
Other than that, the shot really caught my eye and it's very bold. I really like the detail, especially on the knife.
