I was thinking of Hidiet when drawing Him. Was influenced massively by To-Fu's brilliant style here, even the pose is similar...Hidiet's hair isn't red, it's a pretty light brown but he looks lovely in red here
Now all the guys I draw tend to incline towards Hidiet...sheesh... *Actually* this is just another version of Hidiet. I've always got him in my head but don't have the skills to do him justice. Sheesh. This one is by far the nicest, but only 40% Hidiet? Well, the first version of Hidiet is so hideous now. You can go take a look at it and laugh your ass out, I'm doing that right now!! Oh crap, I feel like scrapping it immediately!!
Jose Gonzalez's Heartbeats is sooo nice. It inspired me to finish this mannnn.

Ah, I see. I used to think it came from the (greek?) mythology of the woman sacrificed to some horrid sea monster (unsurprisingly naked in some versions *coughmalestorytellerscough*) later saved by a dashing hero.

Mythology is nice but my andro is different~ the dashing hero is nice muahaha~ haven'y got the plot out yet, but Hidiet and Andro are supposed to 2 people's conscious in a dream reality~still working on this story~

Mm, well, people do seem to be beautifying everything. Elves, vampires, naga, pixies, beastfolk, kitsune, ice maiden...I've even seen some cute girl dwarves. Trolls seem to remain the ugly brutes they are, though.
