DustStar looked at the surrounding camp. His loyal subjects we happily busy with clan life, hunting, training, taking care of the elders, ect. He was proud of what he had done to his clan. The tom remembered how he had killed his mate's cheater, and then was exiled by BerryStar. He remembered cornering his old mate during a flood, and how he had finally come face to face with BerryStar. He remembered killing both BerryStar and ReedTail, his old mate. He remembered how he walked into a small gathering of his old clan mates, who weren't too happy to have him back into the clan, but desperately needed his help in finding a new camp. He remembered promising to his clan that he would help them the best that they could with rebuilding the camp. His clan that had resented him before was now in love with the tom for his hard work and dedication. He remembered being shocked when his clan pointed to him as the new leader of the clan, being proud when walking up to Starclan's door, and asking for his 9 lives, to which his family, mentors, and elders happily agreed to.

A gentle nudge brough DustStar back to reality, it was his deputy, LillyFang.
"Hello LillyFang, wanting to head on a patrol?" DustStar asked.
"Yeah, we need to check the border, some twoleg dogs have been roaming around lately, and I am worried about an apprentice getting caught by them." responded LillyFang
"Alright, let's go!" yelped DustStar as he raced his deputy to the entrance of camp.

I decided to continue DustWave's (Now DustStar"s) story, I really enjoyed writing about this guy, and I really want to see it go further than I had previously thought. I will post the next part of his story soon, for now, lose your mind of the fact that this guy killed 3 people and Starclan said "YUP, you're going to be a great leader, here's your 9 lives!"

Sometimes I think Starclan is evil sometimes, because they screwed over SquirrelFlight and LeafPool in arc 2 and 3 of Warriors.
