Time and Time again, Stiles proved himself capable of far more than anyone ever assumed. Stiles is still human, with all the weaknesses a teenager is. His athleticism was evident in Wolf Moon, his force of personality dealing with Peter, the Argents, Derek, holding Derek afloat in water for two hours, scoring four goals in the Lacrosse championship and lastly, his ability to self sacrifice for his friends.
Some say, he allowed the Nogitsune in. He was chosen because Stiles is a Trickster himself.
