I always wondered if one could do more with macrame. It's amazing that you figured it out, this is pretty cool!

Thanks! ^^ And yes, people used to think that macrame is only friendship bracelets... and of course not!

Hi Peter!!
By the first, i'll put eyes to my pet hehe i'll glue them
Regarding the idea of a macrame book, sounds so great, and i could practice bcause im studing graphic design and one of my areas is book layout, but right now im not interested at making big proyects, basically because class proyects take me most of the time, and i do macrame while i watch TV, just for relaxing (im not working for saling by now) But this doesn't mean that i can't think about it, maybe along this year i search time to start something like, or i learn new skills at class for doing a better book in a not so far future.
Anyway, thanks for the time you dedicate to me and to look at my work.
See you Peter! Hugs!

I thought "amorphous" the wrong word too...
but:
a: as you know she's spanish... I've given her the occasional tweak in english..
and, more likely:
b: enenauta has very high standards and, although perhaps we both think she's mistaken, I wouldn't be at all surprised if she meant that word precisely because she wants it to be symmetrically 3 dimensional and as realistic as is possible given the size and constraints of the materials used... and feels this example hasn't quite got there yet...
btw: hope all is well in your world!
best wishes!,
Peter.

Im not sure, because most of the pieces i do are done randomly, and i start them without a particular pattern in mind. I mean, i do it on the fly.
I propose you, i'll do a first attempt, and depending how difficult it becames, i'll try a second and i'll make a tutorial. ^^
