Victor Westhouse.

Weapons: He is happy with anything that is light and portable. Although he may see unarmed, he can pull out handguns, daggers, ropes and grenades from anywhere. He even has some weapons strapped to his torso under his clothing. He is good at aiming, even on fast moving targets. But he is a little bit dodgy sometimes. He's also good at picking locks, breaking in, escaping from prisons and running away. He is not great with fist fights but it's not so much of a problem for him because he carries around a lot of daggers and handguns with him.

Personality: He's quite carefree and childish. He has a smile on his face most of the time and gets along with others well and manages to stay optimistic even during toughest of times.

Background: His mother was a nurse at a hospital so he knows quite a lot about the human anatomy. He joined the military a few years ago. Born to a middle classed family, Victor spent most of his childhood fiddling around with locks, and when he grew older, he moved on to daggers. He figured out that he was skilled at working with his hands and uses this to his advantage.

Random Facts: Although he may not act very smart, Victor can make up a great strategy when it's desperately needed. He's also a great actor.

I'm not so sure if you can see it clearly but the Zenthia emblem is on the edge of his scarf
