Description this is two-pieces prop that may be used in a future cthulhu live game. It is a little glass bottle full of the strange powder of Ibn-Ghazi with a scroll of aged paper with the recipe to make some more of this powder (transcribed from the Al-Azif and crypted with two codes : one grid code and a ceasar-style code) This prop is based on H.P. Lovecraft writings, a great american horror writter.

I'd think that the powder would be a weird, magical-esque color, but otherwise this is extremely awesome. It's got to be great to be in your CoC game!

Thanks, the color idea is pretty good, I have an habit of doing things the more realistic possible but in this case it would have been fitting.

That's great! I'm working on a scroll prop myself for a D&D game, it's really cool to see others doing the same thing!!

Thanks, I think the most rewarding with doing that kind of props is the look on your players face when they first see it and when they try to decipher it.

thank you, have you read the Dunwich horror for H.P.Lovecraft, the investigators in this story are using such a powder to reveal an unconceivable horror

i don't know very well the work of H.P., but i've read a book that he's in it, as a character, as alleister crowley, sir arthur conan doyle, houdini... i think it is the "club arcanum", i know a little bit about the myth... i know that his work inspire many music bands, as metallica, moonspell, and so on...

but i want to read his work, thats a fact

[link] - here. Be warned though, a lot of racist ramblings here and there (mostly in "The Horror at Red Hook").
