Very cool, only thing i dislike is the scar on his (his view) right arm. The other "burned" arm is very cool! Keep it up, will check the rest of your work!

Wow very nice and really disturbing. The texture on the skin is pretty disgusting, but that is not a bad thing. I love the desaturated look of the design with a strong red color. Gives a nice dark look to it.
