Enough of kitschy christmas stuff
Some drama feeling came over me again. (Damn pictures took me so long, now I just want it to be finished)Some explanations: This happened quite a while ago after Hawl appeared in the plot. Balbaris made a plan to free the captured Joni and sent Claster and Grendl to help her. They asked the young king to recruit them, so they were able to move freely within the castle.
When Hawl noticed that they were playing a double game with him, Grendl and Joni could fortunately escape but Claster remained as a prisoner in the castle. Hawl asked him about the plans of the pirates, but Claster had nothing he could tell, and stoked Hawl's anger who grabbed a hot iron rod.
Finally it was time to break with the good, young man for whom everyone thought Hawl was, and toΒ show what he was really capable of.Β As you can see the witcher Twit was allready at his side and enjoyed this little meeting with his "old friend" Claster.

My Hawl and Claster feels are awakening again. I had no idea their relationship got such a rough start O.O I don't want to imagine the possible situation that could break these two friends apart now 8I
This is one of my new faves from you! Omg, such great job on this! So much is going on at once and you really can study something from everyone's faces. The struggle with Hawl, the pain of Claster and the gloating lil bitch Twit.
And excuse me while I obsess over the details in Claster's clothes, the marvelous ironrod (!! haha yes) and the over all shading . There's so much emotion, visual candy and storytelling going on that my own fingers itch to try to draw

Oh gosh...you have no idea how happy these words made me ;_; You noticed everything I paid so much attention on while drawing.
And yup, they hadn't the best start together, but luckily Claster isn't one of the wrathful kind. Hawl wanted to get information to defeat the pirates (and to get the airship) and Claster was the poor fool who had to pay for it.

uuuugh that's really... disturbing even to look at.But it doesn't all have to be mandatory Christmas art. I'm not sure if I'll even draw something Christmassy this year. Β It is surprising these two managed to make friends after this and I imagine this taking lots of time - first of all, brick walls are pain and secondly doing all that colouring with shadows and light. I imagine it takes a while, but the result on the other hand is very nice.Β

Yes o.o A lot has happened and at first I didn't really expected that the two would become good friends. I think Claster's past and his hate for Twit brought him a little closer to Hawl's fate.
