[link]The most amazing thing to me is that, eventho their name contains the word vulture and the beak looks like it belongs on a bird of prey, it feeds mostly on fruits.

The nostril is not wide like that of a turkey vulture. vultures that feed on dead animals have wide nostrils because they are easier to clean after sticking the head into a carcass.

I just know a bit about vultures. enough not to be surprised that this particular species doesn't dine frequently on animal carcasses.

Thought it is just gorgeous, again a species I've even never heard of. Always thought myself to being quite an animal connoisseur.
