great start, the I needs to be a little more dominant, it almost gets lost behind the N which is smoking hot. That's why the I looks weak. If you didn't chop the paper up you could have added elements to the I to fatten it up. The rest of the piece is bangin, I like the color choices and the way you laid them on. Highlights nice touch.
