is it hard to draw on that? have you tried to use the medium one?and is it true that the nibs wear out so easily as if you rubbed it against a sand paper?

this is really old D -:
yep its true that the nibs wear out super fast. I returned it and got the pen and touch instead , thats what I use nowadays. Honestly though theres not much difference.

oh thanks for the fast reply...and uhm....you mean to say the small size doesn't feel too small?.....how about your pen and touch is there a visible difference about the pressure sensitivity?

for me it doesn't really have much of a difference. I used to work on a 6x9 size before. for the sensitivity.. there was SOME difference but not much. the most notable ones being that the eraser of P&T is stubby and the pen isn't that comfortable to hold(you can put a rubber pen holder if you want really) oh and that round wheel , its useful but you can live without it. well I could anyway.

this is kind of weird to put into a sentence, but does the small size of your tablet worry you? like, should i just go with the small, or save up for a medium?

no it doesn't at all. tbh I didn't even notice the difference and my old working area was a 9x12. but thats just me , since I draw with my wrist and zoom in a lot. if you're an arm drawer I guess you should go medium but that depends on you. oh btw I returned mine since the nib wear was really getting to me , if you do plan to buy i4 either get an i3 instead or put a screen protector on the active area of your i4.

oh! so have you gotten a new tablet yet OR which one are you planning to buy? I have heard that the nib wear on the Intuos4 is pretty extreme, but a lot of people say that they just have to let it go and buy more nibs. BUT, i wouldn't say that i'm a patient person, so maybe i should go with something else. I have been thinking a bamboo fun pen and touch, but i am just stuck between the options.

nope I haven't yet. yeah they say the nibs still wear on the NEW surface area. I'm also getting the pen and touch too once the money gets transferred back to my account. The people who buy more nibs must be rich flakes though since nibs are extremely expensive

i agree, plus i've heard a lot of people say that the intuos4 is a great tablet, but it's kind of redundant in some ways if you're only really using it for drawing. Like they say if you get paid for what you do, then go for the intuos4, but otherwise the bamboo fun pen and touch is a great tablet. And i've heard that the nib wear on the fun pen and touch is much slower than on the intuos4.
