- Alexi's closest military friend. Also Alexi's Final Weapon. He also ticks off the older Alexi.
- A Hellbent, unstable, and brutal brawler in combat. Can resort to steal opponent's weapon, smash them with it.
- About 46 years of age.
- Current Eastern European Military vice-commander, under Lexi's direct supervision. Also working in Zeppian Republic under Alexi.
- Born in England, raised and lived in Belarus. Meet Alexi at boot camp.
- Possessed Gear Digit, White Hot. (to replaced his dismembered finger. It white flames are made to sear, not burn.)
- Very hard to deal with socially, as he was recently released from military prison by Alexi.
- Have no interest or rivalries. Only fight anyone at a drop of a hat.
- Haves a cheshire smile scar, a scar at the forehead, and heavy bags under the eyes.
- Constantly accuses ALEXI FOR BEING WEAK. And often tests him for that. 'I'm here for your own good, Lexi.'
