At this point, Karin could have a long fanfic or fancomic all to herself about getting over this, finding a guy to try to make Sasuke jealous at first, the guy being annoyed by that, she getting even more pissed and depressed and then realising she doesn't need this and in the end either getting together with the guy (or someone else) or letting it go.
I'm sure someone has already written this at some point.

Where's the difference from Sakura's and Karin's feelings.
Kishimoto hasn't explained at all what or if there's any reason for Sakura to love Sasuke. In fact, her feelings were introduced the same way: fawning all over him because of his good looks, his badboy attitude and his superior skills.
What else does she know about him that Karin doesn't? Nothing.
I don't support SasuKarin by the way, but I dislike when people actually try to rationalize SasuSaku when there's never been absolutely nothing between them. Both Karin and Sakura have shown nothing but shallow reasons for their feeling towards Sasuke.
In fact, the only character in the manga whose feelings can't be described as shallow, is probably Hinata, since she's in love with a regular-looking guy that was pretty much a loser for most of the story. and loved him because of his indomitable will. What does Sakura love about Sasuke again? His talent? His prettyboy look? His uncaring nature? How easily he betrayed his friends for power? His disregard for him former friend's lives? The fact that he's tried to kill her more than once?

I hate to admit, but that's true... at 1st Sakura did love his look and talent and same for Ino and Karin.
But now in anime both Ino and Karin had given up on Sasuke, but Sakura I don't think she'll give up on him, seems to me her crush had turned into in-love, cos she couldn't bring herself to kill Sasuke when she had a chance, she even turned down one certain man who confessed to her in camp during war, she still thinking about the man she love despised that he tried to kill her.

While I don't support SasuKarin in any way, I have to agree with her on this.
By this point (and I mean, in general...counting the manga) its too unrealistic for Sasuke too "realize" he wants to be with Sakura. He never cared about her at all, and now he suddenly decides he wants to be with her? And Im sorry if Im offending someone with this but, the fact that Sakura was waiting on him for years hoping he would "change his mind" just makes her seem clingy and weak-minded.
I know its all about making the "popular" pairings a reality, but I wonder if people ever go beyond the "because they look cute" part when thinking about pairings. Sasuke never Sakura any reason for her to be in love with him, so her feelinfs always seemed shallow...and even then, the fact that she was waiting on like a lost puppy for years instead of deciding to move on, is part of the reason why so many people dislike her character.
Simply put, SasuSaku can no longer seem anything but forced.

In this case, there's a good chance that Sasuke's just giving her a shot because somebody bribed him to (probably Naruto), or because there's some form of hidden character development that has yet to be released to the viewing audience.
