A future character for my shuttle stories in a story that will take place after the events of Uranium Mine. After the numerous dangers Discovery is put through, NASA begins to get concerned about the integrity of the security at the KSC and they hire a new director to manage this. However, Samuel turns out to be a cruel and manipulative man that hates space shuttles and believes they are second class to humans. He also hates women, and he believes that women should not be on shuttle missions at all.
