Description
So, been feeling kinda down and uninspired lately. I decided to watch some of the Sailor Moon movies and got a bit of inspiration back and this is the product. I'm not too happy with the background but I really like the picture over all. Justice is a very serious character majority of the time so I rarely draw her smiling.Copyright:

She certainly seems like a very serious character in all of her pictures, but I catch her smiling in picturers where she is in her civilian cloths~
I guess when she puts the uniform on its serious business!

Thank you so much! And yeah lol. When she's a civillian she has a softer look and usually can be playful even. The uniform definitely changes things.
