As some of you may know, the stories say that Chrysaor amd Pegasus sprang from the body of Medusa after she was slain. For me, this serves as proof that she was raped by Poseidon, and thus pregnant with his children. In a perfect world where the gods like Medusa as much as I do, she could have had her children without being killed o.o

To me, it feels like Medusa has closed her heart to most of the world, but at the same time she spends all of her time with her two sisters, so her family would be one of the few things she could trust. So, she would protect and love her children with all that she has.
