thanks, I had a lot of fun in reproduce all these variations of colours and shadows and lights, but at second look you can see that a lot of colours are just quick senseless stains eheh, I did it yesterday as nocturnal relaxing exercise

like it might have taken an hour? or two maybe? 
The lighting and shadows were nicely done.

actually I think that in this historical moment there are many good painting softwares, and as for the real tools, what makes difference is your training on it and application, my advice is: choose the most friendly to you (paint, PS, SAI or whatever you want) and just practice
