MY ARTSTATION MY BEHANCE MY INSTAGRAMHi guys some day ago I posted on my IG profile my colors for the color contest by Soroush Barazesh , basically create some color mood for the main character's outfit drawn by him (the monkey boy here in the illustration, his name is Mamba). Kings of nowhere is the project of Soroush, and everyhitng i see made by him is totally badass! actually the colors are not so various but cause it has started as a parody of kaneda (you can see the spoof version here ) but i have enjoyed the creation of the title, logo KON and the background (nort requested in the contest) in the end everything has a very 80's mood..and let me think to a CD cover hehe. Non so perchè, ma mi ricorda un pò quel cartone animato con protagonista lo scimiotto, quello che si rifa a quella leggenda buddista dove il monaco incontra il re delle scimmie.
Da cui poi hanno preso ispirazione la qualunque, partendo da Starzinger e finendo con Dragonball.

ehhh bellissima cosa..ma anchi'io avrei citato starzinger e DB...non mi viene altro in mente al momento...a parte forse il super bishonen saiyuki..ma cosi a mente fredda non mi viene in mente nient'altro...tra parentesi anche milo manara ha dato una sua versione del personaggio. mai visto?
