Description
This is a picture I did for my Grandmother, who is near the end of her life. Wanted to make sure she got a nice birthday present this year, because I'm not sure if she'll make it to next year.

She grew up in the church, so she's well into the whole HUGE GIGANTIC CHURCH HAT WITH RIBBONS AND BOWS AND HOLY CRAP IS THAT A DUCK hats with equally flamboyant church suits. I'd made her a church lady picture a few years ago, but someone decided they wanted to "borrow" it and it's been "borrowed" ever since.

Either way, I did this for her and it seemed to cheer her up. She's on hospice and at this point, it's the little things that make the most impact on a person's day.

Did this in Manga Studio, which handles my wrist movements and pen pressure a little closer to when I draw on paper.
