Okay, this is more of an inside joke than anything.Anyway, I'm involved in an ongoing Transformers Prime discussion, and the subject of the Eradicons came up.
It is confirmed that they are more sentient than simple drones (they took a vote regarding Starscream's leadership for goodness sakes). We joked about what it must be like on the bridge of the Nemesis, what training is like, if they're friends...
Then, inevitably, someone came up with the idea that there's one Eradicon that has a tragically unrequited crush on Commander Starscream. We named him Steve.
What is it like being seen as a faceless soldier, more a number than an identity? What is it like having complex feelings for a Commander who'd sooner throw you under a bus than rescue you?
Such is the life of poor Steve

Oh Starscream, you have a secret admirer who is willing to be beaten up by Megatron for you. Why don't you give him a chance? Seriously Steve is adorable.
When you know that Steve is canon, one of the few Vehicons who stayed loyal to Megatron and Starscream and then, admired his commander, the comic makes sense^^ Great art.

I felt SO bad for the Vehicons on Prime. They had opinions, made small talk, heck some of them probably even had FRIENDS, yet they get cut down so callously over the course of the series, just because they don't have faces...

Wow! This phenomena really gets around. I really like the idea of a Vehicon having a crush on one of their commanders.
There's actually a Soundwave version named Doug, though he hasn't caught on as quickly as Steve.
This comic/daydream was delightful to watch. I kind of feel bad for him, but the daydream is adorable.
