Aqua is my continued experiment with learning to make normal layouts, I am trying to improve my text, and spacing so as to get better harmony and balance in my web.I know it's quite similar in ways to Glow, this is because certain areas were recycled from that layout, into this one. This template however uses a slightly different content layout to the last one. As I learn more, and become more and more adventurous I will go outside the box more, but for the time being it's all about learning the basics

I like the E in the background. It blends very well in with the header making it look very neat
Other than that, very nice and clean layout. I like the colour choise and the noise added to the background ^^

you could also try to set the text formatting to Justify setting.

All I'm suggesting is that you try this and see if the text looks better:
1. select one of your text layers in PS
2. right click and select "Convert to Paragraph Text"
3. click the Paragraph tab and select "Justify last left"

for added effect ... i did following ....
1 - new layer
2 - create a circle shape, using a feather of 50%
set to lower opacity, filled in with dark grey
