Yeah, now I`m into this "Adventure Time" show (no Mass Effect fanart for a while, sorry), `cause it`s actually amazing and incredibly funny.Well, except for that "I Remember You" episode, which is very distressing. Also my cat has died few days ago and this is really a depression time for me (I doubt that it`ll end soon...). So I`ve decided to draw a little - you know, as a distraction - and it ended up with this. Have fun, guys.
P.S. Somebody on Tumblr noticed that Gary Jules`song "Mad World' perfectly fit for Simon and Marceline`s sad story, and I completely agree with it.

Как же здорово сделано. Рисунок предельно лаконичный, но атмосферу и настроение передаёт на все сто. Одна поза Саймона чего стоит - круче всего то, что лица не видно - всё понятно по ссутуленной спине. Бедняга. Классно, в общем)

I imagine this is the night Simon realised that he could no longer protect Marceline from the crown/Ice King and so he left.

i like how there're little bits of paper strewn about, suggesting a more ice king side to simon already (disoriented and kinda distracted sometimes)
and the contrast between the smoke-like patterns and the dark shadows by simon... damn. and sorry about your cat. he/she's in catnip heaven now
