Hey Im a friend of Beefcakespaz and I gotta say Im jealous of how you color how do you do it??? I use prismas and I color more solid than mix highlights.

For the corvette I used a lot of white and colorless blender to blend the colors. Hard pressure and the quality of the paper makes a difference as well. You can also use paper blenders dipped in mineral spirits to melt and blend the wax. Learning your pencils gives you a smoother color. Natural sunlight or warming the lead near a lightbulb should work . Just don't light your pencil on fire.
