Thank you! Haha, I'm usually too impatient to shade/line properly so it's lucky that people seem to like the messy shading! I think it matches the grim kind of feel of this one anyhow! Which reminds me, I wanted to ask, what art program do you actually do your lining on?

I do my linearts with traditional inking pen. My hand is too shaky with the digital tablet so my line arts always end up shitty X___X

Everything looks great, as usual! I'm particularly fond of the grey scale coloration; it's something I myself would like to do with my pictures, if I ever learn how to shade.

I've always been fond of the shadowy, film noir style certain comic book artists employ; Frank Miller in particular. It's definitely one reason I'd love to learn more about shading.

Thank you! I'm glad you like their characterisation, it's nice to be able to draw Sebastian outside of the butler constraints! Ciel's still a moody little shite though, haha. Yes, the AU is lots of fun, post-apocolyptic world and Ciel generally sticks close to Sebastian for the sake of protection and he's not particularly good with decent size guns so a revolver will have to do! Lucky he has Seb to look out for him or he'd be dead meat!
